Amounts are recommended for average dogs with regular activity. Feeding requirements will vary based on age, activity ad environment and should be adjusted accordingly.

Salmon - An excellent protein source, and chock full of healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids.
Eggs - Great source of protein, selenium, and riboflavin
Green Beans - Green beans are a great source of plant-based protein and contain vitamins and minerals important for your pup’s health such as iron, calcium, vitamins BC, A, C and K. 
Spinach - contains large amounts of vitamins A, B, C, and K.
Green Lentils - Lentils are a great source of iron, fibre and plant based protein!
Turmeric: Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory.
Ginger: Ginger serves the function of a natural digestive aid. It can be particularly helpful for dogs who suffer from nausea, vomiting or bloating.

Preparation Instructions: Let sit in lukewarm water for 10 minutes to thaw or thaw overnight in the fridge. Once defrosted and opened, dog food must be kept refrigerated and used within four days. Please read the ingredient list carefully as the food may contain allergens not suitable for your dog’s consumption.
